The course is designed to provide you with tools and techniques to maximise your own personal power resulting in assertive behaviour.
The workshop will help you to identify the various forms of power being used in communications and use techniques to achieve personal outcomes whilst respecting others' view points and supporting organisational objectives.
The focus of the workshop is on you and helping you to manage even the most challenging individuals and situations whilst taking responsibility for your own behaviour and communication to achieve a successful outcome.
