In our ever-changing business world we are bombarded with challenging situations, which require creative and sometime innovative solutions.
Problems occur when something is not behaving in the way it should or the way that was expected and we need to take an action.
The workshop explores the power of ‘group thinking’ to solve problems known as connectional intelligence- harnessing the power of others to arrive at a solution and create a sense of ownership.
We will explore traditional problem solving models such as the systematic approach and fishbone diagrams to some of the work by Edward De Bono ‘The six thinking hats’ renowned for his creative thinking.
The workshop will provide you with ideas and processes for addressing everyday problems to the more complex and risky issues.
